We have always looked locally for the best produce available and we are delighted that the quality and number of producers is growing year on year.
Our old favourites who have been with us from the start are Ballisadare Eggs, Gerry Blain Fish, Java Republic Coffee, Clarkes Butchers
Now we are fortunate to have Andarl Farm, Artessa Coffee, Dozios Cheese, Croghan Organic Farm, Knocknarea Farm, Shines Seafood, Rock Vale farm chicken, Leitrim Hill goats cheese.
We also have our own farm (in conversion to organic) which currently supplies grass fed Dexter Beef, garlic and apples.
And we are always on the look out for quality new local ingredients!
