About Brid

Since 2020 Brid and Marc have been farming 60 acres in Co Cavan and have a small herd of Dexter cattle, a native Irish breed which thrive on the Irish climate producing delicious tender beef.

The farm in currently in conversion to organic status but organic and regenerative methods have been used since the get go meaning that no artificial chemicals have been used in the soil or to treat the livestock.   

Our beef animals are slaughtered locally and hung for a minimum of 28 days before they are butchered and delivered to you.
